VOLPES IS HOLDING BACK MY REFUND FUNDS - 3 weeks later no refund reflecting

3 weeks later after returned an item (R1699) and my card was suppose to be credits and still not reflecting in my bank. After weeks of emails with Volpes I still do not have MY money. They can not resolve it and I am at the point where I feel my money has been ****** and withheld! Why are they not giving my money to me as per refund slip proof, they keep blaming their bank but admit there is a split payment error on their system!
