Volpes are careless with Vouchers

I visited Volpes with a 15% voucher I received from the Bed Store. Having purchased an item only to return it the next day, I was told that my voucher could not be returned to me. I intended to purchase something at a later stage and use my voucher then. No apology or effort to put me in the position I was it. Certainly not in line with 'treating clients fairly' requirements.
