Terrible quality

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the blockout curtains I purchased from Volpes approximately 10 months ago. The lining has already gone mouldy and now needs to be replaced. Considering the amount I paid, this is completely unacceptable.

I purchased these curtains from Volpes because you market yourselves as experts in curtains, and I expected a product that would last far longer than 10 months.

I have been told that you cannot assist me without the original receipt. I do not keep receipts for expensive household items purchased in good faith, and I do not believe this should prevent you from investigating a clear quality issue. I am happy to provide alternative proof of purchase, such as a bank statement.

I expect Volpes to stand behind the quality of its products and provide an appropriate solution
