So called factory fault @volpes centurionmall

Hi

2nd time I buy @Centurionmall Volpes and still getting so called factory fault.

I first bought a quilt set and 1 pillow case was of different design and this past Friday I bought curtains and inside I got standard and extra length. I called them back and spoke to Johanna who didn't seem interested in helping me as I am the one who requested her to phone other branches to check if they have standard length. No apologies only it must be a factor fault and worse her solution was bcos only extra left is available @lifestyle I must exchange for that.

When I made this call I was clear I bought standard not extra length.

2 times in a row and volpes has no interest in helping me.
