Slowest delivery ever

<p>I needed to buy something online at Volpes so as i check out i realise delivery fee is R90, first of all such a big company as volpes why would it be so expensive to pay for courier?! doesnt make sense to me. So i email customer service requesting they deliver it in store cause no way i am pay R90 for delivery. Fortunetly i get contacted by some one and they say they will deliver my parcel for free. Long story short i paid 10 working days ago but i have not recieved my parcel and when i enquire about it i was notified that it is still in centurion and it is still coming to Cape town. So my question is what kind of postage are they using because not even post office offers such a service.</p>
