Poor quality duvet inner

Duvet inner quality very poor. Used for 2 months and the microfibre is separating and clumping. Never been washed. Volpes Long Beach mall not interested in problem as it was bought more than 6 months ago. Supposedly a luxury microfibre duvet inner.
