Poor customer service and ********* practices.

Purchased an item online which was on sale, recieved the order a week later than scheduled. The order was incorrect, when querying it I was told they were out of stock of what I wanted and decided to send me something else with out consulting me. When requesting a refund I was told that I will not be refunded courier charges I paid for. This is pathetic and *********, stay away from Volpes, their are many other retailers who are ethical and value customer business more.
