I don’t know if you did not read you own below email but please explain something to me! In you previous email dated 10 June it clearly states that my order has ALREADY been processed and that I can expect delivery!!!! Now you change your story completely!!!!

This once again show that you have absolutely no existing customer service!!!!!!
