Pathetic customer service from such a huge retail company
Ordered 2 scatter cushions 7days ago and it hasnt even been shipped out as yet. Tried calling them twice and no one ever answers, it goes staright to voicemail. I have never experienced slower delivery with a company. Why does it take 7-10days just to ship a product????? No courier company ever takes that long to dispatch a product. Update your delivery times or you will be losing alot of customers.
