Online Volpes purchases not recommended.

I orderd curtains in May 2020, paid R3600 and they arranged the courier company. Delivery address was provided and parcel was deliverd to an unknown individual. No one is accepts responsibility. Parcel is still missing and Volpes and courier company are not willing to assist me. I feel this is the responisibilty of Volpes as they arranged the courier. Drop off was made to an unknown person and they can't track the parcel now. Volpes should track the parcel or money back. I would not recommend any online purchasing from Volpes again.
