Never received my order SOHO***

I place an order 28 of November 2022 and made a mistake on the in store collection, i immediately sent them the correct store address and also called them to correct however they still send to the wrong store. I called head office I was told my parcel is re-routed to the correct store that was first week of December. Till this day I haven't received my order, I went to the store I was told they haven't received my parcel they will call me once they get it. I've made countless follow up and they keep on giving excuses from both store and head office. I'm very disappointed on how this issue is being handled, my Christmas was ruined as I needed my new bedding.
