My encounter with the service provided by Volpes Online was extremely disappointing.

On August 19th, I placed an order with Volpes and was notified via email that my order would be delivered by August 22nd, 2023. However, I have not received any updates on my order since then. Despite emailing *** on August 25th, I have not received a response. I also attempted to contact their customer service hotline at ***, but I have not received any information on the status or location of my order. My experience with their online service has been extremely disappointing.
