Money not loaded on Gift Vouchers

Various friends and family members bought us Volpes Gift Vouchers on our request over this past Christmas.<br> <br> The vouchers totalled R4,000. When we went to Volpes over the weekend, they simply told us that two of the vouchers had not been loaded - valued at R1,500. <br> <br> Since it was given to me as gifts, I don't have the slips to prove the value.<br> <br> I do have the cards - but we were simply told by Volpes there's nothing they can do.<br> <br> So basically, Volpes \stole\" R1,500 - wonder how many others have been done in like this.<br> <br> Very disappointing."
