Less staff to assist.

I was at menlyn branch just yesterday evening at about 19:45hr 27th November and found only two staff members in whole store. It was so shocking that these were ladies just left on their own. The try their best to assist but how can two ladies assist 6 customers at a time? I left without buying my goods not because they were not efficient but because of the delay and security risk. Is there a manager in this branch???
