Karin Grota is very rude

We have been to this branch often to buy curtains etc. We ordered curtains a week ago and they said that their truck is out of order. Yesterday we went there to find out what was the status of our order only to be confronted with a very rude lady, Karin Grota. It was an effort for her to find out if we can get the curtains from another branch. Today we came back again to return a product after we had to collect it from another branch ourselves. This lady was so rude again- no smile not greeting and so annoyed with us for wanting to return the product. Lady, maybe get yourself a job where you do not have to face customers as you do damage to this branch! Rather go to Lifestyle Centurion where it is no effort for people like George to assist customers with a friendly attitude.
