If you want Poor, Slow serves were you don’t get the items order with Volpes

<p>On the 09/08/2016 I ordered some items online from Volpes , this is the 1ste time I’m using them , by the next Thursday -11/08/2016 I phoned them to enquire about my parcel , I made it clear to the person I was taking to that they must please deliver before 14H00 on the day , she said the parcel would be delivered the Friday 12/08/2016 , nothing happened , by The Monday 15/08/2016 I phoned them again , now they claimed that they were not aware that the parcel had to be delivered before 15H00 when I go home -or even 14H00 , the person told me shell contact the courier and arrange as such , the Tuesday they phoned me and asked if I received the item , I did not -just after that a person from the courier phoned me , and AGAIN I asked for the parcel to be delivered before 14H00 , today 17/08/2016 I still have not received anything , pathetic is not even a strong enough word</p>
