Horrible service

During the Black Friday specials I purchased a set of standard pillows at Nelspruit Volpes. Which I used immediately during the weekend. First time using them in the morning they changed colour. Returned them and was assisted by “Cynthia” who insinuated that I had pre washed them and possibly used a bleach. She then informed me she will forward the matter to her Quality Assurers, later in December she calls me asking the possibility of a night cream I used that might have changed colour to the pillows. Again I declined as I have been using different pillows before and no such thing has ever happened. Besides I don’t use any night cream Till today(06/02/20) she has never contacted me on the progress of my query. I don’t have the product I paid for either.
