Great after sales service...

We purchased blockout curtains from Volpe some months back... It had some issues, so we took it back. The staff at Tygervalley was really helpful and sorted it out, but as they didn't have it in stock, we had to collect at Canalwalk. Went to Canalwalk and the assistant immediately recognized why we were there and 5 min later we walked out with our problem solved. This is to say thank you for making an inconvenience a pleasant experience. An example of good after sales service and why you can go buy there with good measure of confidence.
