Extremely poor service at Volpes Clear water mall given by Ntsiki and Vuyo

I went to Volpes Clear water mall and received the worst service ever and even when the issue was brought to their attention at the store there was no remorse from either staff members or management. On the 30th November 2021 I went to Volpes clear water mall and a sales assistant on the floor assisted me only to sell me a wrong item. He was pleasant alright however what he gave me was wrong, a fitted sheet instead of a duvet cover. I then called the store the next day to inform them about the error and was told to come to the store. I then went to the store on the 2nd December 2021. Upon getting to the store sales assistant Ntsiki who was hostile with loads of attitude could not assist me and referred the matter to Vuyo who is the store manager though not rude but was of no help also. this is the issue, i was assisted by a sales assistant thus at no point did i touch the product sold to e so i could not even check however i trusted the sales assistant and cashier mnguni to have sold and packaged the right item only to discover a day later that it was not what i bought. There was a price difference which i was expected to pay however my issue is that if I knew the right price from the get go i would have had the opportunity to decide if the price was within my means or not. When i went to the store again because i was not getting any joy i called the customer care and laid a complaint. An agent named Nombulelo suggested the area manager be called to resolve the issue. The pompous sales manager refused to talk to me instead referred me to aa shireen who asked me how much i spent on pretrol to get back to the store and did not assist me. to top it all after we resolved in getting the refund, the manager vuyo asked if i had the credit card where they could process my refund into because the money they had was their float in the cash register. This really was the worst service ever
