Extremely Disappointed – No Feedback After a Week

A week ago, I posted a detailed review on HelloPeter about my negative experience with Volpes – Home of Linen. To date, I have received absolutely no response.

This is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on your customer service. I have supported Volpes for years, purchasing bedding, blankets, curtains, and other linen items – always paying full price. But over the past two years, the quality has dropped drastically:

A fleece blanket with a major flaw straight out the packaging.

Winter sheets that shed fluff constantly – even after multiple washes.

A quilt with poor stitching that started unraveling early on.

A warm mint-green blanket that turned white after just two washes.

I took the time to write a review in the hope of a resolution, but being ignored makes it clear that Volpes does not value loyal customers or take complaints seriously.

Not responding to feedback after seven days is not just bad service – it's disrespectful. I am extremely disappointed, and I will be reconsidering any future purchases from Volpes.

Customers deserve better.
