Excellent customer service!!!

I purchased a king duvet and duvet cover from Volpes Boksburg. We were building a house at the time and I only opened the bedding in our new house. I found that the duvet cover was too small for the duvet although the sizes on the packaging were the same. We had alot on our plate at the time and I never got around to taking it back. Eventually a few months later I went to Volpes and asked them to check the size of the duvet and they agreed it was a double duvet cover and not the king cover it was packaged as. I was not asking for an exchange because it was already used. To my suprise, they said it was their mistake and they replaced it!!! I was not expecting that at all and working in a supplier industry myself, I was blown away at the professionalism and excellent service. I will recommend Volpes to everyone! Great quality and excellent customer service. Thank you to the staff at Volpes Boksburg, absolutely fantastic!!!
