EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am in the process of redecorating my 4 bedrooms and have been looking at different stores to find what I require. One of the stores I visited, was Volpes in the William Moffet. Port Elizabeth.. On entering the store, a young gentleman, Michael, immediately came up to me and asked if he could assist. I told Michael what I was looking for , colors etc and Michael accompanied me around the store, showing me different items, even taking the trouble to go into the storeroom to look for a duvet size not on the floor. I have been back a number of times, each time making a purchase. What an absolute pleasure to deal with such a charming, helpful young man, an experience very rarely found these days. I still require more purchases and will only go to Volpes, because Michael makes it all so much easier, going around and showing me items, taking the trouble to find sizes I require and even making a note to contact me when stock that is unavailable comes into the store.
