Dissapointed in Volpes Product Quality and Customer Services

I have been a loyal Volpes customer for many years, consistently buying bedding, bathroom mats, curtains, blankets, and pillows from your stores. However, over the past two years, I’ve been deeply disappointed with the quality of several products.

I purchased a fleece blanket that had a major flaw, winter sheets that continually shed fluff, a new quilt with substandard stitching, and a warm mint-green blanket that began fading to white after only two washes. Despite these issues, I paid full price for these items, trusting the Volpes brand and its promise of high quality.

When I raised the issue of the fading blanket at your Atterbury branch, I was told that the item had been marked down due to known colour fading — something I was never informed of at the time of purchase. This was very disappointing, especially given how your brand positions itself in the market.

I also attempted to return the shedding winter sheets, but because they were no longer in their original packaging, the store refused to accept them — despite the clear defect.

This experience has been extremely frustrating and has led me to take my business elsewhere, where I am confident in the quality of the products I buy.
