Delivery fee

Went to Springfield store and enquired about a specific pillow was told it will take about 3 day's. I told the sales person that I would be back shortly. Returned about 5 minutes and asked to pay. I am now told that there's a delivery fee of R60. If you don't have stock which the manager ordered for over a week and they have not delivered yet. They can deliver within 3 day's yet not delivered as per the managers request.why should Disappointing
