Bad, unprofessional experience at Volpes Atterbury

I bought 2 pillows at Atterbury Value Mart branch for my son. At home we found it to be too firm compared to the others. I'd opened only one and put it back in the cover, but they refused to exchange it. The manager was very rude when I asked why there was no notice anywhere. She just pointed to the plastic cover on the pillow where the writing was so small that I could barely read it. The lady then refunded me 60% of the one that wasn't opened. I will never buy there again. I walked over to Whitehouse and the pillows was packed bags with a zip and the sales ladies confirmed that I could return it if undamaged.
