Bad service

It is impossible for Volpes to send stock from one store to another. In store they told me there is not another item available in the country, but when I phoned another store they told me of 2 stores who still had stock. After enquiring, my local store would do me the favour of trying to get stock. They couldn’t. Is that not the purpose of brick-and-mortar, to provide good customer service?
