Bad quality

I bough Eyelet curtains and lace Curtains at Volpes greenstone mall in 2017 March; I had only used the curtains till November 2017 as I had moved apartments. 2020 June was the second time I had hanged them since 2017.I noticed that the lace was coming out from the rings In a nasty way as in tearing away. When I bought these I thought it was good quality but seems like I got myself bad workmanship and quality. I am so hurt by this like I only used these for 9 months and 01 wash was done.
