Bad quality and bad service

I bought Egyptian cotton bedding from Volpes in Moffat Retail park in April 2024. The fitted sheet has a tore in and you can see the material has gone thin. The pillow cases has a few small holes in them. I never even hang these in the sun and we only use them every second week. The other week I use the polycotton sheets that I have had for 4 years and they are still fine. I thought these are from a better quality and that they will at least last a few years. I am very disappointed in the product. This is supposed to be Egyptian cotton. There is no guarantee on their products after 6 months. Wow!! Nobody even called me to tell me this they just send me a WhatsApp. I am very disappointed as I use to buy all my linen, towels etc from them.
