Bad customer service

This is a review on customer service and POPI Act. On the 28th of May, I went to Mall of the South Volpes to buy linen for my baby girl. After getting the linen I went to the cashier and she asked me for my ID/Driver's license, since I was using my tfg account. I gave the lady my driver's and she started laughing alone, when I asked what was funny she said I don't look my age. In fact I look older than my age. Her colleague tried to reprimand her, but she continued to disrespect me in front of my mom, kids and her colleagues and then she had the nerve to ask whether I felt offended. I wonder if Volpes/tfg trains their staff on customer service. I am a certified customer service agent and I have an entire qualification on it. She was very rude and unprofessional. That girl needs to be retrained on customer service and she must revisit POPI Act.

It's a pity that I can't find my tillslip for her name. But I was at the store on the 28th May(my mom's birthday) 2025 at Mall of the South, around 5pm.
