Awful customer service.

Still waiting on a delivery that Volpes committed to having delivered within 10 days of payment at their own volition.

This has not happened and the support from Volpes and Dawnwing, their chosen courier of service, is terrible. Very clear they could not be bothered - false promises via telephone, and barely acknowledge my follow ups on email.

First and last time for this customer.
