AVOID VOLPES ONLINE PURCHASES YOU WILL BE DISSAPOINTED

I have had the worst experience with Volpes online purchase. I purchased bedding on 24 November online. in the week of 1 December the CourierIt delivery services did not deliver my package to the incorrect place once but 3 times. I spent roughly 5 hours trying to find out where the parcel dissappeared to and they could only inform me the driver needed to return to find it and that a woman who I did not know signed for it the last time. I contacted Volpes who assured me I would be receiving a full refund. The next week our office park security handed a colleague a torn package and I immediately contacted Volpes to request that their Couriers collect it at that I would not open or accept a torn package, which remember I never signed for or accepted responsibility for. The couriers then proceeded to send 2 different delivery drivers on 2 different days to collect the package. So in all complete chaos. Currently the package has dissapeared off the tracking system of the couriers and I HAVE NO REFUND. I cannot begin to describe the dissapointment I have in what I have seen as a trusted brand in South Africa. My house curtains and all bedding were purchased from Volpes and this has left me with such a sour taste in my mouth I can't see myself doing business with them again.
