Avoid Volpes Centurion Lifestyle Centre

Avoid and do not buy from Volpes Centurion Lifestyle Centre. It pains me to write this review as I have always been a loyal and regular customer buying all my bed linen for the past 15 years only at Volpes. But recent experiences are too shocking to ignore. All the staff at Volpes Centurion Lifestyle Centre are ******* that overcharge unsuspecting customers and charge full price on items that are on discount. They also do not inform customers of ongoing specials and charge you for items you did not buy and will only refund you once you make a determined effort to dispute the charges with the excuse that they made a mistake or it's a system error. Really?...How many times do the staff have to make the same "mistake" and the same "excuses" before they are removed from their employment? It's such a shame that a brand that established itself as a trusted retailer of high quality bed linen is now resorting to a low quality workforce that are intent to grab people's money at all cost with the worst customer service in the industry. Whatever happened to the pride Volpes staff always used to have in their work, do such people no longer qualify for employment at Volpes or so it seems.
