Appalling service

<p>I placed an order on the 25th of November and to this day I haven't received anything. I sent an email to make an enquiry on my order and when it will be delivered because I bought the bedding as a present for a friend and need it to be delivered by Thursday or a refund will do, the response I got was "I will try" I don't understand why the poor service.</p>
