I brought a customer to buy a car at Vw constantia Kloof and the sale was successful which qulified me for a spotters fee of R500 which i was promised to get, i then got a call from Graeme (Sales person) that i would get it before the end of the week, Which never happend and he actually stopped reply my emails, i then sent and email to management and since then i dont know what is still going on, i mean its so frustrating to get a company as big as vw who doesn't keep their promises, they tell you all sorts of good thing before they sell you a car but once a sale is done, they just stop treating you like a customer, THEY JUST DONT CARE.
