I bought a VW in 2014 new and the car started smoking in and contacted VW Centurion and I was advised that it could be wear and tear. The car ultimately stopped driving in 2018 November and it was tored to Midrand VW. VW has not attended to the car ever since and I am being sent from pillar to post. The service is so appalling such that no one dares to let me know of the status or the reason of not attending to the car.

When the car started smoking, the oil usage increased dramatically such that I had to fill up the oil on a daily basis. Every time I take the car for a service I am being told that they can not pinpoint the problem with the car. What makes matters worse is that I have noted that there are a number of complaints on line for the VW 2014/13 Golf TSI with related matters.

VW is aware of this matter and they do not want to share with the customers.
