Wrong booking & bad service

I booked my car in for service at Polokwane VW. I booked it there because I was on vacation there. I specifically asked for major service because my car had skipped 2 services already. When I got there my car was booked for a minor service. How do you book a car for minor when it skipped 2 services. I tried to explain to Khatoon that I'm from Pretoria and this is the only chance I got to do the service since I'm busy but she didn't care. What frustrated me the most is that when I got to the service center I sat on the reception area and khatoon and her friend were just loudly talking about their personal life. They didn't even bother to ask if they can assist. I had to walk to them to ask for help. This is bad service at it's best. Really unacceptable
