Worst treatment by VW Welkom that nearly put my life at risk

I took in my Golf 8 GTI at VW Welkom on the 8th of September 2025 and they advised that I can drive a vehicle that they didnt fix while waiting for the part and the vehicle stuck with me 200km away from Welkom and when I come and complain that they even put my life at risk they have the nerve to say how is that their problem the part has not arrived Furthermore, since the vehicle was towed to BFN VW, they made me to initiate a call to BFN VW and put them on the speaker, despite try to escalate the matter to the customer care, they answer and when they hear is me they say they can hear me and drop the phone.

This is the worst experience ever VW is nonsense and does not care about its customers wellbeing
