Worst service in SA

I want to say Volkswagen bryanston is one of the worst services I ever had , I bought a car by them with smash and grab fitted by them and they did a terrible job and when i called and spoke to the salesman they said they would sort it out because the vehicle has a 1 year fitment warranty. Now they came up with stories when they must honor they side of the agreement... Now they not responding and keeping quiet..

they are hopeless
