Worst service from VW Konstantia kloof Hendrick Portgieter

don`t ever buy a vehicle from VW konstantia MC motor on hendrick portgieter. I went into the branch at the beginning of February and the sales guy Kyle Gounden who was so happy to do the deal and rushed for me to sign the paper work promised to get the spare keys within a week, up till now no feedback, instead i had to go in on Monday the 16.04.18 but still no luck. I spoke to the lady that helps with the finance and she promised me that she will call the next morning before 8:30am to arrange for Kyle to come fetch the car and take it to code the new keys, that did not happen , I had to wake up early that Tuesday on my one day off and wait for nothing. i would never buy from them again or refer anyone else to them, what a ****ty service for purchasing a R184 000.00 car. I would rather go straight to Ford in future to purchase a car because I love ford. I am a manager for Samsung and I know about good customer service. It took a week to buy my car but two months to sort out a problem. Not sure if this would ever be sorted out. Kind regards Chris
