Worst service ever VW

<p>We took the car in for inspection 2 weeks ago and they told us the the water cooler is leaking but they have ordered the part. Till today I've been waiting for their call to say if the have the part but then I tried calling the dealership to ask about the part but then I've been given the run around from the receptionist hanging up( Paitence) to the sales man Desmond that sold me the car and the parts department that doesn't even answer calls. This is the worst experience I've ever had in my whole entire life.</p>
