Worst service ever from VW The Glen

I have booked in my Volkswagen Kombi to conduct a pressure test and to test the sensors due to the fact that the water pipes were replaced end of October and the heat light kicked in very late. Before booking in the Kombi - Silverton radiators performed a pressure test with no issue found. The Kombi was been booked in at VW the Glen at 7h30 the morning on the 23rd of January. We have passed their offices 5 times during the day and no work was been done!!!!!. At 16h00 when we have requested feedback Pria has confirmed that they have worked on the Kombi and will provide us with a quote. That is only when the workshop collected the vehicle and took it to another site near Tiger Wheels and Tires. The 2 hour job as confirmed was not even touched during the day. When we have questioned this Pria had an attitude and confirmed that they have worked on the vehicle. My husband and I were furious about this bad service! The Kombi have stayed overnight and the next morning we have received a quotation for R5800 to fix a water pipe. We have accepted the quote and agreed to proceed with the job. After an hour we have received a call that they VW cannot provide the parts in SA and it’s discontinued from Germany. VW will contact us if they can get the parts. Its 2 weeks later and nothing happened! Marius has showed us the pipe and we went to Volkswagen MC Dulling’s. Pria have indicated that we can take the Kombi and VW will give us a call to bring in the Kombi. No feedback as yet received. We have taken off the pipe and took the pipe to VW Mc Dulling’s on the 5th of February. Daniel Lelaka has ordered the pipe (V 22S 121 063A 025660/Hose - CR 9) and we have paid R26-02. We have collected the pipe from VW Mc Dulling’s on the 6th. How is it possible that VW MC Dulling’s have sourced the pipe and VW the Glen cannot get the +-10 cm pipe at all the VW Branches in South Africa and from Germany??? I am very disappointed in Volkswagen the Glen. I own 5 VW vehicles bought from the VW the Glen and Mc Dulling’s!! What happened with putting the customer in the center of what you need to do and treating the customer with respect? This was the worst service ever received from VW the Glen. Please get more staff like Daniel Lelaka who will go out of his way to support the customer. I am still waiting for feedback VW the Glen!
