Worst service ever!!!

VW financial services debited an amount of R2700 in my account when I called to ask about this no one was able to assist me,all they said was "We are sorry" spoke to 2 guys called Collin and Bongani Mazibuko (Manager) who hanged up on me and said I had diabetes and mocked me about how my boyfriend should call me. I have never experienced such in my life and I hope this is not the way you guys handle your Tuck shop because where I come from people don't do business this way Bongani went on to say he would lend me the money if he had it because I'm clearly a charity case to him.VW financial services should stop ripping people off and thinking they will get away with it,I want my money back and Train that Bongani Mazibuko person,I don't even know how he is in the position he's in and when I asked to speak to him supervisor he hanged on me after i had hold on for hours and people transferring me one department to another!!!!!
