Worst service

Purchased my car in 2020. Recently my battery ran flat and my radio was reset. When I called the dealership I was advised that I need to go into a VW dealership to have the radio code reinstalled at a cost!!! What ******* is this. You pay for the car and then must still pay R350 for a code to be put in. Vw service is pathetic! I now have to take time out of my day to go to VW for them to reset my radio whereas if they read the code to me it will take me 5 seconds to sort it out. Pathetic.
