Worst service

Worst service ever. Our car broke down at 3 in the afternoon and we called for Roadside assisstance , 5 hours later we were still sitting waiting for the tow truck and the courtesy car. A lady called Cicile Ferndale was the case manager assigned to the case. She kept giving us wrong tow truck numbers and and false information about the towtruck being on its way together with the courtesy car. Mind you, we were travelling with the kids, imagine waiting from 3 to 8 just to get help from you. Luckily for us, we managed to get the car to a safe place to wait for them. everytime we called they had a different story. South Africa is not safe anymore, now imagine if we were to be stuck in a remote area. You guys really need to up your game. You are *********** and it looks like you dont know what you are doing.
