Worst service

I took my Golf 7 Gti to VW Westgate on the 21st of December 2017 to change thermostat and water pump till today 05/01/2018 my car is still not ready. This is by far the worst service I have ever received, it takes a day to change water pump but VW Westgate had to keep my car for more than 3 weeks I'm disgusted.
