Worst Service

<p>My car was taken in today as it kept on signaling check coolant for about a week now. They kept my car as the technician advised me that because the car is under warranty its best to leave it at the dealership. When i asked if they have a courtesy car for me because i have a travelling job they referred me to head office because they just have 3 courtesy cars and they are all reserved for other people. I called head office, they logged my case and said that someone would get back to and till this hour.. no one called me back. What further frustrated me is the service lady pointing out that they will only be able to look at my car in February..thats 3 weeks from today.. and that if it is some other mechanical issue they wont fix it...in the meantime I am stranded with no car and no assistance!!! </p> <p> </p>
