Worst service

Marco from VW PE told us that he cannot assist us with getting our car sorted. It has a tapping noise in the engine and after VW Soweto opened it and replaced the pistons the noise came back. Then we were told to take the car to any other dealership by VW PE and Soweto and again they want to open the Engine with no guarantees that the issue will be resolved. He was not willing to let me escalate the issue further to a team leader or supervisor. He (Marco) just kept saying VW Soweto must be help responsible and VW PE can't help
