Worst experience at Lindsay Saker VW East Rand Mall

I would just like to warn all VW drivers to not take your vehicle for a service or any repairs to the Boksburg branch on Northrand road. I have had the worst customer experience in my life since driving a VW. As a customer, one expects to have regular follow ups on your vehicle but yet I (as the customer) had to call for an update. Certainly I will not recommend that branch to anyone!
