Worst dealership

I booked my car in for repairs in April 2019.The car came back with a sound I had never heard of before. So I recently booked my car in for a service and again it came back with a different sound. I had to take it back the next day and asked them to place an order for one of the parts that they pointed out that needed to be replaced. A week later, someone called me to rate their pathetic service which I did, a day later someone else called me confirming an order I never asked for. This is week 3 and I'm still waiting for them to order the part I asked. Now I'm sceptical to even proceed with them as I know my car will come back in a worse condition. I have never experienced such rivulting service in my life. My car has endless machanical issues and I'm pretty sure it's caused by this dealership. VW Constantia!!! Worst dealership!!!
