Worst Customer Service

Very disappointed with VW Lindsay Saker in midrand, worst experience ever I took my car to a pannel beat for fixing and installing new lights , they ordered the lights from vw, 2 weeks later they havnt arrived when I decide to call and enquire, they told me the driver delivered the lights to a wrong location and they do not know what happened when I ask them what is the next plan ? They tell me nothing. This is ridiculous and disappointing from VW a whole big company which such nonsensical customer service , how can one wait for two weeks just for mere lights
